Free shipping within the UK every day on orders £35 GBP and over!
Your order will ship via DPD and arrive within 1-2 working days. Any orders below £35 will ship via Royal Mail.
COVID-19 Shipping Alert
We are continuing to monitor the evolving situation with COVID-19 as it pertains to packing and shipping orders. Returns
We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, Haute Hijab gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Our promise: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.
For returns on orders to the UK placed on or after January 28, 2022, a prepaid shipping label will be provided and a flat fee of £5 GBP will apply. This fee covers the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise and will be deducted from your refund.
For returns on orders before January 28, 2022, a shipping label will not be provided and the £5 GBP fee will be waived.
We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
How to Complete a Return Returns are quick and easy with our online system!
UK Customers
If you would like to return the items you purchased on or after January 28, 2022, please follow the steps below.
Go to HH Returns Centre. Enter your order number and postcode.
Choose the item(s) you would like to return.
Simply select “Return Item” and complete the form.
Then choose to refund back to your original payment method. (Exchanges aren't supported at this time)
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided and a flat fee of £5 GBP will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Ensure that your return is securely packaged (including the original packaging) and send it back to us.
If you would like to return the items you purchased before January 28, 2022, please follow the steps below.
Go to returns.hautehijab.com. Enter your order number and postcode.
Choose the item(s) you would like to return.
Simply select “Return Item” and complete the form.
Then choose to refund back to your original payment method (exchanges aren't supported at this time).
Ensure that your return is securely packaged (including the original packaging and packing slip), and send it back to us. If you no longer have the packing slip, please be sure to include your name and order number inside the return parcel.
