Free shipping in the continental US every day on orders $35 USD and over!

Your continental US order will ship USPS First Class Mail and arrive within 4-10 business days. Can’t wait that long? Feel free to select one of our expedited shipping options at checkout.

Free Shipping to Canada on orders $60 CAD and over!

We offer free shipping to Canada on orders of $60 CAD or more every day! Shipping rates on orders under $60 CAD are calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the courier that you choose.

Please note that orders must meet designated free shipping minimums after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied.

Global Shipping Options

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the courier that you choose. We currently offer trackable international shipping via Passport & FedEx.

Shipping speeds with Passport vary from country to country. For simplicity, we've denoted shipping estimates by continent:

  • North America (7-14 business days)

  • Europe and Africa (5-21 business days)

  • Middle East and Asia (7-30 business days)

For faster delivery, we also offer express shipping via FedEx. Please note: FedEx shipping options do not include any customs and duties fees and will bill you separately for those fees upon delivery.

* International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country’s government. While Haute Hijab is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries, we are happy to help you understand current customs regulations in your country. COVID-19 Shipping Alert 

We are continuing to monitor the evolving situation with COVID-19 as it pertains to packing and shipping orders. Most US and international shipping continue to operate, although many services are experiencing delays. Please stay tuned to our COVID-19 Response page for the most up-to-date information.

Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, Haute Hijab gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or a gift card to our store, whichever you prefer.

Our promise: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.

For returns within the US, $5 USD will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of shipping the return package and restocking the merchandise. Items purchased from the US store must be returned to the US. Please note: we are unable to provide return shipping labels for returns outside the US.

We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

How to Complete a Return Returns are quick and easy with our online system!

US customers

If you would like to return the items you purchased, you can create a pre-paid HH shipping label through the steps below. Please note that we charge a flat fee of $5 USD for returns. This fee covers the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise and will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Login to your Haute Hijab account and open your Order History.

  2. Locate the order number for the items you're returning.

  3. Then go to returns.hautehijab.com. Enter your order number and postcode.

  4. Choose the item(s) you would like to return.

  5. Simply select “Return Item” and complete the form.

  6. Then choose whether you would like (A) Shop Haute Hijab instantly with your return value, (B) receive store credit to shop at a later stage, or (C) a refund back to your original payment method.

  7. Print out the return label, ensure that your return is securely packaged (including their original packaging and packing slip), and send it back to us.

Global Customers

Although we do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns outside the US, the shipping/restocking fee will be waived.

  1. Login to your Haute Hijab account and open your Order History.

  2. Locate the order number for the items you're returning.

  3. Then go to returns.hautehijab.com. Enter your order number and postcode.

  4. Choose the item(s) you would like to return.

  5. Simply select “Return Item” and complete the form.

  6. Then choose to refund back to your original payment method.

How to Complete an Exchange (US Orders Only)

If you choose to exchange your items by using your store credit immediately during the return process, we will waive the $5 return fee for you! Please note, items purchased from the US store to the UK are not eligible for an exchange.


  1. Login to your Haute Hijab account and open your Order History.

  2. Locate the order number for the items you're exchanging.

  3. Then go to returns.hautehijab.com. Enter your order number and postcode.

  4. Choose the item(s) you would like to exchange.

  5. First, click the option provided that is NOT “Return Item”. (Either “Exchange for new size/color” or “Replace Item”).
a) Option A: If you’re looking to replace the same item due to a defect or simply exchange for a different size, follow the prompts indicated.
b) Option B: If you would like to exchange the item for a totally different product, click “shop with return credit” and then complete the form about your return. Then choose “Shop Now” to shop instantly with your return value and select the new item you would like in the exchange.

  6. Print out the return label, ensure that your return is securely packaged (including their original packaging and packing slip), and send it back to us.

Please note: Haute Hijab is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. For any exchanges, shipments are not dispatched until your shipment is in transit. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
